I am an entertainment and intellectual property lawyer based in Rome, Italy. I have been practising exclusively in copyright, IP and entertainment law since 2003, working with producers, directors, musicians, photographers, authors and creative companies — both in Italy and internationally.
I am a founding partner of DANDI, a boutique IP and entertainment law firm with offices in Rome and Genova. I hold the title of Avvocato and have been admitted to the Rome Bar (Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma) since 2013. I work in Italian, English and Spanish.
Areas of Practice
- Film and documentary co-productions — Italian and international co-production agreements, PRCA registration, development and acquisition contracts, broadcaster agreements
- Copyright and authors’ rights — contract drafting and negotiation, licensing, assignment, infringement, online enforcement and takedown
- Music law — recording and publishing contracts, sync licensing, master and neighbouring rights, management and booking agreements
- Intellectual property — trademark registration (UIBM, EUIPO), IP strategy, licensing and portfolio management
- Digital and new media — content licensing, platform agreements, AI-generated content, influencer contracts and social media rights
- Entertainment contracts — talent agreements, crew contracts, location releases, crew and cast agreements for film, TV and live events
Italian Co-Productions and International Work
I have substantial experience advising foreign producers and rights holders on Italian co-production frameworks, Italian public funding (tax credit cinematografico, contributions from MiC) and the requirements of the Italian Public Cinematographic Register (PRCA).
I regularly work with producers from Europe, North America and the Balkans seeking Italian co-production partners, Italian distribution, or access to Italian public funding. I am familiar with the bilateral co-production treaties between Italy and its partner countries, and with the specific requirements of the Italian collecting societies (SIAE, SCF, IMAIE).

Clients and Industries
My clients include independent film and documentary producers, music labels and publishers, photographers and visual artists, digital content creators, streaming platforms, fashion brands, app developers and new media entrepreneurs. I have worked with both established companies and early-stage creative projects across Europe and beyond.
Teaching and Speaking
I teach entertainment and audiovisual rights at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School (Master in Management del Prodotto Audiovisivo, Rome). I have spoken at industry events and film festivals on topics including copyright in the age of AI, Italian co-production frameworks, and entertainment contracts for independent producers.
