Working with International Clients
We regularly advise foreign producers, distributors and rights holders on Italian copyright law, Italian co-production frameworks and the Italian public funding system (tax credit, MiC contributions). We are familiar with the requirements of the Italian Public Cinematographic Register (PRCA) and the Italian collecting societies (SIAE, SCF, IMAIE).

Claudia Roggero — Founding Partner
Claudia Roggero is an entertainment lawyer with over twenty years of experience in copyright, intellectual property and entertainment law, based in Rome. She advises film producers, documentary makers, music labels, photographers and digital creators on contracts, rights structuring and international co-productions.
She has in-depth knowledge of Italian film financing (tax credit, MiC public funding), the Italian Public Cinematographic Register (PRCA), and co-production agreements with European and non-European partners. She speaks English and Spanish.

Donato Di Pelino — Founding Partner
Donato Di Pelino is an entertainment and IP lawyer based in Rome, specialising in contemporary art law, music, copyright and performing arts. He advises artists, gallerists, musicians and cultural operators on contracts, rights management and IP strategy, including emerging issues in digital art, NFTs and AI-generated content.
